Scenarıo of Human Resources Management to Increase Commıtment of Mıllennıal Employees in Indonesıa Fınancıal Servıce Authorıty

Currently, 70% of the composition Indonesia Financial Service Authority (OJK) employees are millennials, therefore OJK has an interest in maintaining commitment these millennial to maintain performance future. The purpose this research is develop HR management scenarios increase employees, which preceded by a study on effect generation gap, organizational culture, employee engagement, and location fit using Mann- Whitney test, PLS-SEM, scenario planning. results Mann-Whitney test show that currently there gap at OJK, further from PLS-SEM engagement have significant commitment, including mediating moderating according same result. Based results, strategy was developed planning approach four scenarios: optimal, aggressive, selective, minimal.
